QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL POLICY (QA/QC)
FI Construction adopts the principle of conducting all project activities in accordance with contract terms, relevant standards, and legal requirements as its fundamental quality principle. Our quality management approach aims to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality work, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve continuous improvement. Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes cover the entire project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, testing, commissioning, and subcontractor management. Project activities are implemented systematically and traceably in accordance with approved procedure documents and control plans. FI Construction selects its suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and technical competence and regularly monitors their performance. Nonconformities are identified, analyzed, and resolved through effective corrective actions. Quality performance is continuously monitored and kept open to improvement through audits, controls, and feedback.
